Registration instructions[+/-]
1. Symposium attendees - Researchers and graduate students (PhD);
2. Poster presentation - undergraduate students and Master students;
3. Participant (without submission of abstract).

Co-authorship Each attendee can submit up to two articles provided that one of them is co-authored. In the event of co-authorship, all attendees must submit identical abstracts and keywords. Only one of the authors is required at the presentation.

Abstract submission guidelines [+/-]
Simposyums
Abstracts submitted must contain 2200 characters, 3 keywords and must be written in one of the symposium’s official languages. Abstract should mention the objective of the research, its theoretical background and results. It is optional to submit abstracts also in a second official language.

Poster presentation Abstracts submitted must contain about 200-300 words, 3 keywords and be written in one of the symposium’s official languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish,English and Italian. Abstract should mention the research objetive, theoretical bases and results, if any.

Presentation guidelines[+/-]
Symposium presentation
Symposium presentation must observe the 15-minute time-limit and must be done in a symposium official language. At the end of each session, there will be a 30-minute debate.

Poster presentation
- Print should be 80 cm wide by 120 cm in height.
- There is no standard format for text, but it must be written in an official language of the event. Pay close attention to the font size in order to allow viewing from a distance.
- During the scheduled presentation time, it is required the presence of at least one of the poster authors. The authors will be responsible for fixing, removing and storing the material.
